Updating mini-biography

Followed all the prompts to Edit the bio. But it will not let me correct or change the entry. Should I delete it entirely and input as if new?

How do I locate this “submission reference” number?
Once again…I have followed all prompts carefully several times, but I am not able to amend/correct my biography.

Should I delete it entirely and re-enter as new?
