updating cast

I have submitted a correction over 10 times now at this point. I have uploaded the updated poster, i have uploaded the cast marketing posts, i have uploaded the social media cards that were sent to the actors to promote. and every time it's getting rejected stating you can't verify the information. how hard is it to verify a different person and name on a different promotional post?! If i very specifically state rebecca johnson replaced judy green for the role of nellie and i upload all those things how is this still being rejected?? if i say that an actor is no longer attached to the project whatsoever and i provide the new cast photo, how is that not able to be verified and rejected?!

@Fran i'm confused.. that was already provided, and the last message was that it was submitted for correction and i should see it shortly. that was yesterday, so today im asking for an update on what was already submitted. the screenshots have every single change i have requested.

@Maya from a customer service perspective that makes no sense. If i have submitted corrections all the way back to 2025 that were ALL rejected and I ALREADY uploaded all the evidence. then I create a post here with all the information that you need, and then you tell me that you're going to reprocess those corrections, then come back and tell me there was an error on y'alls end for the processing; To then ask me to re-submit all the corrections again for them to be denied AGAIN when you can just reprocess the original correction that was requested on 06/03/2026 when I submitted the issue MAKES NO SENSE.

i have submitted a correction over 10 times with it being rejected each time even though evidence is provided. 1st i was told that i would be help and the corrections would be resubmitted. then i was told there was a processing error on IMDB's side, and instead of re-processing the corrections im being told to resubmit all of the corrections again. and when im trying to get clarification as to why the original corrections can't be re-processed, my messages are marked private and i'm being ignored. is this how yall decide to run a company? I have a legit question and concern and i'm being ignored!!
