Updating Awards section

Hello,

I don't understand what's going on- I have won Best Short Film and my actor won Best Actor at the International Independent Film Awards. I submitted a ticket OCTOBER 1ST and it's still yet to appear on my page or the the festival! I've just submitted on La Femme International Film Festival my nomination. Can we get that up there too? If I'm missing a step please advise. I followed steps posted in community forum awhile back. When I go post on my own page it says self verified - is that the only way it will get on my page, or when it's through festival will it be verified? I'm happy to submit my notifications/certificates to festival win/nomination if needed. Thank you!!

Hi Chloesamantharose-

Thank you for posting the screengrab with the submission reference number and the rest of the information for these Awards! I have checked that submission and the reason why it was not appearing was because it was declined. However, I can see that a resubmission was added and it has now been approved.

The changes are already live on both the event page International Independent Film Awards and title page Catch the Bus (2022).

As per the other Award for the LA Femme International Film Festival, I can see that this submission has not been submitted but rather 'saved for later.' In this case, there is information missing to fill out like the Title, Nominee(s) and Companies sections. You can go ahead and finish filling these sections and once you do, scroll down to click on 'Re-check this updates.' Once the contribution form turns green, you can click on 'Submit these updates.'

Once submitted, our editors will be able to review this other Award submission.

@Maya Thank you for the response earlier. My apologies for the delay, I did update the section for La Femme Film Festival, and it doesn't look like it is going through. Would you mind letting me know what I may be doing incorrectly?

I took a look at it and I can see that the format in which the 'Recipient' was submitted is what it's making the form remain in red when clicking on 'Re-check these updates.'

I recommend that on the 'Recipient' you put your IMDb name page code which is this one nm2568696 or put Chloe Owens. This is because the form needs to link the Award to the IMDb name page respectively in this case and the name that was added did not allow it/recognize it since it was writing differently.

Once you do it, scroll down below and click on 'Re-check these updates' and once the contribution form turns green, you can click on 'Submit these updates.' Then, our editors will be able to review your Award submission.
