Hi, I would like to change my official IMDB name from Anna Newell II to Anna Marie Newell. I would also like to take my credits along with me. How can I do this?

Is "Anna Marie Jewell" how you'll be credited most often going forward?
You'd just go to your name page, click "edit page" and enter the name "Jewell, Anna Marie" and just change it for the page. The credits go nowhere but where you were credited with the old name, you have to choose to preserve them with an "as..." notation so not to confuse.
