Upcoming releases section

Well that random listing now appears in every filmography Before that it was in order when it was created From oldest to latest, from bottom to the top And it was like that since this new design appeard How it was before i don't remember, i think it was based on the title status And i don't think it's my browser, because i use 3 and in everyone it was the same But now it's random And when i started to notice that everything is random Epsisodes withouh releases dates that i create now, doesn't appear on upcoming list, it appears as released one Before that everything was fine As i was writing this, i think i know what's the problem I see now new statuses appeard on the titles in the upcoming list Before there was only pre, post or filming, now there is others And episodes with or without release dates, showed "released" status before Because series is released and upcoming episodes shows series status So i think system thinks that episodes are released and that's why shows it on released list Since something was changed in this area

Hi ugnieska - There is still some confusion on our end about the exact issue you are reporting. As I understand, you are adding new titles and you encounter issues within the contribution form when selecting from the 'Production/Development Status' menu, is that correct? Or is this a different issue, wherein you are seeing titles you added to the site with incorrect Production/Development statuses? If so, can you confirm what specific IMDb page you are looking at?

I believe we are talking about the Upcoming section under credits on name pages.

Sorry, yes, as i understand there was update with title statuses Because now it shows different statuses in upcoming section Pitch, unknown development and etc Before that showed only pre, post or filming And after this update i guess, new episodes without release date, doesn't appear in upcoming section anymore it appears in released section If you want to find that episode, you need to scroll to year when series was released originally, which is misleading, because new episodes not released yet As for example series from 2018, announced that new season coming soon So i added first epsisode, before it always appeard in upcoming section, because it's upcoming episode, now it appears next to released ones It's not right So i think since there was some kinda update with statuses, this option was removed for some reason Because status of released series is released, even new episodes, that not released shows series status So system think it's released, so that's why it shows next to released episodes If you add release date, yes it appears in upcoming section, but there is no release date of it, it can come in 2026 or 2027, i can't add fake date

@ugnieska Thanks for the problem report. In order to better investigate here, please could you provide links to 2-3 name pages which demonstrate this issue?

It's some kinda strange bug i see https://www.imdb.com/name/nm6294937/ For actors it shows normally in released section But for the producer here, it still in upoming section Even when title status clearly shows "Released" And i see that on other producers filmographies too Episodes that aired 1-2 days ago still in upcoming section
