Untagging an image: Popeye the Sailor (1960)

I submitted a request to untag this image from the 1960 TV series POPEYE THE SAILOR as well as the episode titled "Double Cross Country Feet Race." I tagged it with the correct title, which is a 1951 Popeye short, DOUBLE-CROSS-COUNTRY RACE.

My request to tag the image with the 1951 title and my request to untag the TV episode were accepted. But the request to untag the series was rejected. What evidence do I need to untag the series?
