Solved

Unsuccessful submitting my pilot episode as a writer/Producer

Hi, I have failed to fill out the form for two questions, Following instructions and yet it does not want to accept the ORDER# - us(USA). Failed repeated attempts to answer the question different ways, adding different attributes, but it just does not want to let me through. I have pretty much the whole form resolved (Green color). Please advise thank you! SK on IMDb Pro

I don't understand what you mean. Perhaps you can copy part of the data here or make a screenshot. Alternatively, save the form and post the reference number here so IMDb staff can take a look.

Hi @samiya_k,

Thank you for the submission reference.

I can see from your saved update, that you have red and yellow warnings in the form that are preventing you from proceeding. To continue, please complete the following sections as instructed per each warning type:

  • [Red] The Amount field in the Budget section (if you don't have this information yet, please cancel the item from the form by ticking the box underneath the warning)
  • [Red] The Company field in the Production Companies section is missing a country code. Please enter this as instructed in the warning. There is an example and a link to a help guide in the warning for further assistance.
  • [Yellow] You have a warning that needs acknowledging in the Running Times section regarding the Country field. You will need to complete this instruction to proceed with your submission.

I hope this helps!

Hi @ozzy

Thanks so much for replying. I will definitely try (again).
Somehow, I am now unable to find my credits in question...that I had almost finished and was ready to submit. I thought it'll easily be accessible so didnt' have the ref # saved, per se..!

How and where can I find this page, please?

Hi @samiya_k,

You should be able to find this saved submission in your Contribution History.

If you run in to any further issues, please let us know!

Cheers!

Thanks oncee again for your help, Ozzy!!

Please know that for your:
#2 suggestion, to add the Prod Co., I have alreeady made several failed attempts to write that country code from their list but US or us, neither work. I've even made a note that this is a new production company with its first production release/screening...checked off the box option for it to be added to IMDb's data base....still it keeps coming back as Red....?

#3 suggestion again...sevral failed attempts to submit the actual 17:35 run time, rounded it up to 18, to 17....nothing works.

Q: Should I remove both these items?
Will my submission go through OR are these mandatory items?

Ok so item #3 - running time is resolved now - I changed the Country to Default and its fine now.

Just have one delay...hot to add the new production company....the country code is: US

Yes, Peter..! Thank you but that is what I repeatedly tried and have explained earlier that it does NOT go through....small case nor upper case format...!

Quite frustrating as now this is the only item that's in the way of my submission. Ugh

@samiya_k You can leave the production company off, it's not needed for a new title submission.

you can add it later.
