Unlisted contribution declined even though evidence was provided

Hello, I was declined for my submission for a composer additional music credit and I'd like to understand why. I previously spoke with @Ozzy, who kindly informed me to resubmit including the addendum (uncredited) in my submission. When that didn't work, he advised I resubmit including evidence. I resubmitted providing a contract between myself and the credited composer of the project, and was denied. Can someone please help me understand what I need to provide to get my submission approved? I have the full support of the composer, who wants me to get credited for this project.
