Underdog episodes

I may be posting this in the wrong category. I looked at the Underdog episode guide. The listings are not quite as I remember them. For example, "The Phoney Booths" is listed as the last story in 1967. I could have sworn it was shown earlier, either at the end of the first season or the beginning of the second season. In the New York metropolitan area, the third season moved from NBC to CBS, and whole stories were presented in one show, so viewers wouldn't be kept in suspense for a week between parts 2 and 3. For example, "Underdog vs Overcat" was shown in its entirety on September 10, 1966. Not according to IMDB. Did the episodes appear differently across the USA?

I have decided not to edit the dates of "The Phoney Booths" as I may screw up the listings further. Wikipedia seems to have a more accurate chronology. I am quite certain that "The Phoney Booths" was the pilot story in the 1965-1966 season as Simon's sidekick Cad has the new look. But if I were to insert "The Phoney Booths" before "Pain Strikes Underdog" then "The Phoney Booths" would have shown September 4th and 11th. The 4th would be too early in the season.
