Uncredited Cast Addition for Young Guns (1988); Tom Cruise

Multiple individuals have attempted to add Tom Cruise as an uncredited cast member of the movie "Young Guns (1988)" over the past several years, but without the necessary evidence for verification.  I just went through this process, twice, with the 2nd attempt containing an grand plethora of evidence.  However, my addition was still declined.  Why?  I got Randy Travis approved as an uncredited cast member based on far less.  The evidence I provided for Tom Cruise's addition to this film was overwhelming, including direct quotes from the screenwriter, two separate interviews by co-star Kiefer Sutherland, an active report by "People" magazine on July 18th, 1988 during the film's production, direct verbal confirmation in the DVD audio commentary by no less than 3 additional cast members of the film, as well as a multitude of other references.  Has Tom Cruise requested he not be added to the credits for this film?  What additional evidence could possibly be required?  Please explain.

character (Charlie Bowdre) as he exits Terry O'Quinn' character (Alex
McSween's) house. This is an uncredited role, and has been documented
