Unaired pilots?

What is the imdb policy on those?

For example http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0768444/ was once the unaired pilot for Married with Children, but if you click it now, it takes you to the actual pilot episode. In there for example, we have two actresses portraying Kelly Bundy because it was Tina Caspary who played the role in the unaired pilot and Christina Applegate in the actual pilot episode. Is this how it should be or are there supposed to be two title pages in cases like these?
