"Unable to verify"

A work that I have created is on IMDB, and the certificates/rating is wrong. It lists it as TV-14, when it is supposed to be TV-MA. I keep trying to resubmit the info as the correct rating along with evidence that points to the correct rating, but it keeps getting declined. This has happened at least 4 times now and I am getting frustrated. If the rating on it is incorrect, then it can be assumed that it intended for a younger audience when it is not. I need the rating changed now.
