"Unable to Verify" twice despite multiple linked sources?

Been trying to add a very small paragraph to Amandla Stenberg's bio about the fact that they have been out as nonbinary since 2016 and use she/they pronouns. First edit (#211213-034301-689000) was rejected as the editor was "unable to verify" the info, despite multiple linked sources and interviews confirming this info from Stenberg themself—listed a post asking for assistance here, and IMDb kindly resubmitted the edit for me (#211227-211136-356000). This has now also been rejected as "unable to verify", still despite the linked sources.

I'm deeply confused here. Do IMDb editors just not look at linked sources in the Additional Information sections? Or are the editors here actually that transphobic that they refuse to even remotely acknowledge Stenberg's gender identity and pronouns, despite personal quotes from the actor themself?

Just in case, below is exactly the information I included in my edits—is this somehow actually not enough for this info to be taken seriously? These include direct quotes from Stenberg, across multiple sources, so I really don't see how this information is "unable to be verified" especially when it's directly handed to you.

Added paragraph:

In 2016, the young actor-activist came out as nonbinary on her Tumblr blog. In an interview with People magazine, Amandla stated: "I tend to believe that gender as we've set it up in current-day society doesn't actually exist. I've said before that I'm comfortable with using the pronouns 'they' or 'them' alongside 'she' and 'her' just because that's a conversation that's important to me."

Additional Info provided:

Amandla Stenberg came out as nonbinary in 2016, and has stated that they use both they/them and she/her pronouns interchangeably. While it would be preferable to reflect this use of multiple pronouns, it is acceptable to use one set of pronouns over the other for clarity, so long as ALL the actor's pronouns are properly stated somewhere in the text.

Hi btianomohr -

I reviewed the submission and can identify one issue.  I can see that a quote was included within the Bio update, however, quotes should only be listed under the Personal Quotes section.  I encourage you to submit the quote under this section instead.

Concerning the other Bio updates, I have now approved the changes which should be live on the site shortly.

Cheers!
