"Unable to verify" despite screenshot provided

Nooo, now ALL the credits have been moved! As I explained, the credit for "Urwisy z Doliny Młynów" was CORRECT for Adam Skawinski with a "k"! There are two different actual actors, Slawinski of "Na Sygnale" and Skawinski of "Urwisy...".

I filed a double request because the system had only a "move acting credits" action, with no way to choose which; it's oddly specific about being used to move whole categories, like direction or screenwriting, and not individual jobs. 

I re submitted and approved what you mentioned, you can submit the modifications and post the submission number here for me to take a further look!
