Unable to update credits for a particular film

I have been trying to add my executive producer credit to an IMDB page for a film and have been rejected 4 times. My producing partner is having the same experience.  Our assistant tried with the same rejection; asking for "verification" with documents and /or URL's.  This film is post and has no url's or social media. A single press release with only the cast and two producers  is all.  After many years and many films, why suddenly am I getting rejected for a credit that has been instantly approved in the past
