Unable to Remove Incorrect Credit on Film's Page

Hi Fran, my latest submission reference number (I've submitted multiple times, but all were declined) is here:

Hi Fran, any update? As you might imagine, this incorrect credit is a major problem for our actual composer, and we are need this resolved ASAP. Please let me know any other info you need here. Thank you!

@Fran, do you know why this was marked as "solved"? It is not solved!

I'd also like to point out that our film's poster, which is currently it's profile image on IMDB, clearly states "Music by Pat Seymour" with no mention of Rona Goodman. Further, Rona has shared with me her Contribution Numbers:

What else can we do to get her "composer" credit removed ASAP?

Since you originally asked what evidence to provide: the best thing is often an image of the composer credit in the film. The poster may be the next best thing. Do you have the screen credits available?

Hi Peter_pbn, the film has not been released to the public just yet and I'd rather not pull in producers and the director on this to get the actual screen credits if I can avoid it. I'm attaching the film poster here, but I also resubmitted a correction/removal request earlier today with it attached as well (260105-175138-584000). If you look closely, you can see Pat Seymour's solo credit.

Further, there's this write-up from The Hype Magazine that refers to "a score by Patrick Seymour," as well as this write-up from Just For Movie Freaks that refers to "Pat Seymour's background score." Rona Goodman is not mentioned anywhere, because she was never hired as part of the crew for this film. Her only involvement was co-writing a song that I (the music supervisor) licensed for use in one of our scenes.

And again, since realizing her mistake, she herself has made multiple attempts to remove her own credit.

I'm also puzzled as to why this thread is marked as "solved" when my correction/submission has not been approved and I haven't received any other response here. Is anyone still actively looking into this or was it closed accidentally?

Thanks for this post, gromit82. I was actually unaware of these Soundtrack credits! Great to know moving forward, and I'll let Rona know she can add her credit there instead of on the Crew page.
