Unable to Provide Evidence for Rejected Contribution [Contribution #241025-191041-409404 Rejected as 'Unable to Verify']

How can I provide evidence for my rejected contribution for a parental guide? When I try to load the contribution from my Contribution History (as instructed in the message below), I receive a message that "The update 241025-191041-409404 does not exist. Please check your update history".

I can provide evidence for this submission, but would like some guidance on where to provide the evidence.

Thank you.

Hello 1ytH1FeR9A,

It looks like the addition could not be verified, you can add any evidence on the submissions comment field.  You can find help and instructions in our Help guides.

@Fran

There is no comment field in parents guide submissions, as with image submissions and perhaps others. These submissions are not part of the main submission form, which is also why they are not found in the update history.

That the rejection text refers to the general instructions is an error, or at least unhelpful. One would think that it would be possible to use a text which referred users to the contact form or this forum if necessary.

@1ytH1FeR9A

I would suggest posting your evidence here if possible.
