unable to move tag for photo to correct episode

#240907-205158-751202  the change of primary is correct for https://contribute.imdb.com/title/tt6327170. The other image of a young man wearing a blue cap belongs on season 10.24 Mar 14, 1998 as an alternate (not primary image). I tried photo edit/flag menu icons and help screens but I can not locate a way to 'link' the photo (moving it) to the correct episode number. Maybe I don't have the permissions to do that function.
