unable to "Load Previous Update" using Reference search field on contributor Update History page (leads to a broken page)

I submitted an update requesting that a credit of mine (which has been on IMDb for years) please be moved from the "Additional Crew" section to "Production Department".  All of my other credits related to being a production coordinator, assistant production coordinator, or production secretary were automatically moved a short while after the new "Production Department" category was created, except for this one credit.  Despite never receiving an email that my update with reference # 260516-181242-502219 was rejected, I clicked on the submission "update receipt" email I had received from IMDb the day I submitted, and that page says "Declined (1)" with "Reason: Unable to verify."  The page goes on to explain the following:

If your submission was placed via the IMDb.com Desktop title or name page submission form, you now have an option to provide evidence with your additions, as well as corrections or deletions. Please go to your Contribution History, re-load the submission reference and tick the box “provide an explanation to assist in processing this submission” and “check these updates”. The field will become available in the submission form. Please include evidence, or provide a URL which contains supporting evidence within this field.

Unfortunately, whenever I go to the Contributions History page, enter my reference number, and click the "Load" button, I am taken to a page that is basically blank:

If I click the checkbox and then the "Continue" button, I am brought back to the same exact page without ever seeing anything that might pertain to my rejected update request.

This is a very roundabout solution to a simple update request that is only based on moving a credit to a new department category, but given the "Load Previous Update" field doesn't work, I'm not even able to provide details or proof as to why I'm submitting this credit update.  I've seen a few other posts on the forum where people mention encountering the same problem of a blank page when trying to load previous updates using reference numbers (one example), but none of these mentions were ever addressed (although the original update submissions seem to have been corrected by IMDb employees per replies on those particular posts). 

Any help regarding both my update submission being rejected (reference # 260516-181242-502219) and the inability to "Load  Previous Update" using reference numbers would be greatly appreciated.
