unable to delete wrong credits of mine

Incorrect credit on Crime Patrol Dial 100: I’m listed as First Assistant Director on 10 episodes, but I never worked on this show.

I’ve submitted deletion requests twice, both rejected as “Unable to Verify.”

I watched the episodes myself, and none of them contain any Assistant Director credits at all, so there is no on-screen credit screenshot I can provide.

How can I provide proof and get this incorrect credit removed?
