Unable to delete previous reviews

There used to be an option to delete old reviews. In fact there's a guide here to remove old reviews in account activity. However the three dots with the option to remove reviews is gone.

I find this disappointing because there are sometimes old reviews I want to delete, sometimes because I feel embarrassed by an old opinion I had about a movie or just no longer feel the review is relevant. I have no choice but to give an updated review, even if I am not interested in doing this. For the sake of user data control, I think it's important to bring back this feature. Otherwise I'm going to be more hesitant to post reviews in the future.
