Unable to delete duplicate photos

There are a number of duplicate still frame images attached to the films "Attack on Titan: Part 1" and "Attack on Titan: Part 2". When I attempted to remove them they were rejected with the reason being: "Does not meet contribution guidelines." "Shingeki no kyojin: Endo obu za wârudo" (aka Attack on Titan: Part 2) #241024-120240-136302 -- [ rm988475136 ] and [ rm954920704 ] the same image is listed 3 times #241024-120147-908702 -- [ rm2347167488 ] and [ rm954920704 ] the same image is listed 3 times #241024-115936-894702 -- [ rm2363944704 ] and [ rm1038806784 ] #241024-115727-749602 -- [ rm2397499136 ] and [ rm1022029568 ] #241024-115530-835902 -- [ rm2380721920 ] and [ rm1055584000 ] #241024-115405-996302 -- [ rm2330390272 ] and [ rm48951040 ] #241024-115246-231802 -- [ rm2196172544 ] and [ rm99282688 ]  "Shingeki no kyojin" (aka Attack on Titan Part 1) #241024-114811-409702 -- [ rm2229726976 ] and [ rm4192857856 ] #241024-114636-649802 -- [ rm3253333760 ] and [ rm2263281408 ] If there is some internal preference that one should be kept instead of the other, and I happened to choose the wrong image, then the other duplicate image should be removed.
