Unable to Delete / Correct Personal Information on my IMDb Profile

Hello,

A disgruntled former co-worker submitted an incorrect height on my IMDb profile. I have tried multiple times to delete or even correct the information but have been denied on every contribution submission. This is what I receive as a reasoning:

"Reason: Unable to verify.

Your contribution has been declined.We have been unable to verify your contribution.Unfortunately, we were unable to accept your submission as we were unable to verify the information provided."

What can I do to have this personal information removed, because it is not information needed as I work in post-production.
