Unable to Change Poster Image - But I AM the Studio Partner

I go to a video page and try to change the existing poster art but it gives me this error message:
"The existing primary has been provided by a studio partner and is not editable."

However, I AM the studio partner but it doesn't give me any edit options. How do I fix this issue?
