Unable to change misattributed writing credit b/c name doesn't show up in Edit mode

Someone with my same name has been falsely credited for my writing on a tv show -- I went to the title page, clicked on "Edit Page," but when I went to the "Writers" section, the only names listed were those of the show creators.

I saw a similar question on here saying that may be because the credits were submitted recently / haven't been approved, but I know for a fact the writing credits for this show have been up on the title page for at least a year. And I don't want to just add my name, because that other person would still have the show listed in their credits.

Is there any official channel I can go through to remedy this? I have proof of my work on the show.

Hello jordanjriggs,

Can you help me with the link for the name page and also the title page you which you are referring to? in order to help you taking a look. Also your name page, so we can figure this out together.

Yep! My name page is Jordan J. Riggs

The Title page in question is Locke & Key

And the writing credits are misattributed to Jordan C. Riggs -- I should be listed having a "written by" credit for S2. E8 "Irons in the Fire" and S3. E6 "Free Bird"

Thanks for your quick response and any help you can give!

@jordanjriggs

Since they are episode credits you can edit them on each episode page. Alternatively you can go to the associated name to edit multiple credits in one submission, as explained in the help page that Fran referred to.

Hello jordanjriggs,

In this case you need to submit a correction for the name on the credits using our online self service. Make sure to provide enough evidence (Contracts, Call sheets, Pay Stubs, etc, more details) for our staff to be able to verify and validate that the credit belongs to you.

To find step by step instructions you can take a look at our Help guides.
