Unable to add “Miscellaneous Links” — contribution always declined

Hello, I’ve been trying to add a “Miscellaneous Link” to a title page, but every submission gets automatically declined with the message: “Your contribution has been declined. We did not capture a specific reason during processing.” I’ve double-checked the link type, formatting, and relevance to the title — everything seems correct.
