unable to add a review

The character count appears to be counting backwards and therefore I cannot submit any reviews. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Choose any movie. I chose Jurassic World Rebirth. 2. Choose a star rating, enter a title, and enter 1-599 characters.* *Notice the "minimum character count" starts at 600 and counts down. 3. Submit your review. Current Result: An error message says this: "Sorry, your review is too short. It needs to contain at least 600 characters." Expected Result: Submit the review. Technical Notes - This happened in the iphone app and on my computer using Chrome.
