Unable to add a 'references' entry

I was watching an episode of a TV show recently in which several references were made.  I was able to add all of them except one.  While making these other references, a character said, "Be excellent to each other," which is a reference to "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure".  I submitted this reference saying which character said it and quoting the line, but it was rejected.  I tried resubmitting it also including who said it in "Bill & Ted" but it was rejected again.  Of course, both times I just got the "unable to verify" message.  What exactly is being sought here?  Should I be including time codes?  Is someone unconvinced that "Be excellent to each other" is from "Bill & Ted"?  Is it something else?  Some help would be appreciated.
