Type of image to correct
I noticed on several IMDb pages that some images had a wrong type. As it is not possible to change it manually once edited on IMDb, I come here to ask the IMDb team for a correction.
All the images here after are advertisements made to promote the cinematograph invented at the end of the XIXth century by the Lumiere brothers (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cinematograph). So, these images are not dedicated to the films they are attached on IMDb. These films were made with the cinematograph, but other hundred films were also made with this camera. As these images cannot differentiate the different shorts, we could keep them for information, but not use them as a primary image. As a consequence, the current possibility given by IMDb to use them as primary image (see the picture I made here after) should disappear.
That is why I think they should not be classified as « Poster », but maybe as « Production Art » image.
1- First advertisement currently classified as Poster on 4 short movies:
Here are the 4 images concerned:
a- Leaving the factory (1895):

b- The photographical congress arrives in Lyon (1895):

c- Horse trick riders (1895):

d- Demolition of a wall (1896):

2- Second advertisement currently classified as Poster on 2 short movies:
a- The waterer watered (1895):
https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0000014/mediaviewer/rm2559632640
b- Baby’s meal (1895):

Thanks for your help.
