Two misread/misunderstood requests
Hi, everyone:
Yesterday I submitted two complex connections requests to the Helpdesk. However, neither has been properly understood, and the solution implemented has only exacerbated the problem.
REQUEST #1: The Conjuring trilogy

REMOVE DUPLICATE CONNECTIONS
Title 1 link: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt1457767 (The Conjuring)
Title 2 link: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3065204 (The Conjuring 2)
Title 3 link: https://www.imdb.com/title/tt7069210 (The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It)
Type of connection (Followed by/Follows, Version of, Alternative language version of): Followed by/Follows
Please note that for each of the referenced titles, there is a duplicate connection between the previous and subsequent title. For instance, the movie connections page for The Conjuring 2 (tt3065204) displays two "follows" links to The Conjuring (tt1457767) (see https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3065204/movieconnections/#follows) and two "followed by" links to The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (tt7069210) (see https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3065204/movieconnections/#followed_by). - Response from the helpdesk:
"I've added the new titles connection as requested..." (What?) - Outcome (after my request):

Hi, I recently submitted the Followed by/Follows connection between Title 1 and Title 2. It was approved without any problem. However, now I see that on the movie connections page for Evil Bong 888: Infinity High (https://www.imdb.com/title/tt18286456/movieconnections/#follows) the links to the films of the saga prior to Evil Bong 777 (tt8073604) have not been carried over. Thank you.

"I've added the new titles connection as requested..." (closer, but.... wrong titles) - Outcome (after my request):
Could you please reverse the changes applied and re-evaluate the requests?

Unfortunately complex connection requests can only be done through help desk, you can direct them to this thread since you did such a clear explanation, let them know the request was sent in before but done wrong.
