Two Different Film Festivals Are Being Confused
I've noticed when a release date is being added for any film at Athens International Film Festival, the attribute will be automatically converted to Athens International Film and Video Festival.
However, these two are completely differently events:
The Athens International Film Festival (28 September - 9 October 2022) took place in Athens, Greece. (http://en.aiff.gr/)
The Athens International Film and Video Festival (April 10-16, 2023) will take place in Athens, Ohio, USA. (http://athensfilmfest.org/)
One example -
Submission reference number #221103-055321-459000
The attribute has been automatically converted on the Release Info page of the film.
There must be some confusion in the data which automatically leads to this error.

I am glad to say issue was found and solved.
It will not auto-convert anymore.
