Two Different Film Festivals Are Being Confused

I've noticed when a release date is being added for any film at Athens International Film Festival, the attribute will be automatically edited to Athens International Film + Video Festival.

However, these two are completely differently events:

The Athens International Film Festival (28 September - 9 October 2022) is taking place in Athens, Greece. (http://en.aiff.gr/)

The Athens International Film + Video Festival (April 10-16, 2023) will take place in Athens, Ohio, USA. (http://athensfilmfest.org/)

There must be some confusion in the data which automatically leads to this error.
