"Twin Peaks" Episode 'Titles' Returned

Just noticed that one of the problems mentioned a year ago returned: someone started to add titles to "Twin Peaks" episodes which were proven several times not to be correct for original North American release and were first conceived for German airings of the series. Although titles are more or less considered 'canon' and are used often on video releases they are nowhere to be seen on actual episodes and therefore episodes should remain nameless according to IMDb guidelines. 

Joel mentioned a year ago that extra measures were taken in order for those titles not to be approved again in erroneous corrections, but seemingly these measures were somehow bypassed.
