TV Special keyword should be added automatically from title form selection

Hi!

I suggest that the keyword "tv-special" should be added automatically when you have chosen the (type Made for TV and) subtype TV special in the Adding a New Title form.

Otherwise this separated selection seems quite redundant from the subtype TV movie since this keyword is (seemingly) the only thing that separates these two subtypes, and I don't see the point of the user selecting two different things in the form for the entry to actually be marked as a TV special in the end.

I usually forget to add this keyword in my submissions, since I always reckon it would pick that up automatically from my selection at the top of the page, but it seems it never does, which seems like an oversight (or a bug) :)
