TV Pilot Listed As a Series and IMDb Won't Let Me Change It

Duckworth was a pilot that aired on Adult Swim in 2011.  It was never made into a series.  No more episodes were made.  It was a one-off pilot that failed:

Previously, this title was listed as a pilot on IMDb.  However, someone changed its status to a TV series and added "Pilot" - the only episode - as an episode:

I have repeatedly tried to change Duckworth's IMDb status to "TV short", but IMDb will not let me.  I submit the correction and, each time, it doesn't get changed.

Duckworth should be listed on IMDb as a TV short.  It is not a TV series.  It is one pilot that was never greenlit.
