TV episodes inconsistently displayed in credits/counted poorly
Some IMDb pages appear to be struggling to handle the proper way of displaying TV episodes. I can't really tell what's going wrong here, perhaps it's related to the recent outage? Regardless, it is a strange error with no clear cause, so I better report it. Let's take the IMDb page for Jabberjaw. We can see in the cast list on this page that Tommy Cook and Barry Gordon are credited with 16 appearances in the show. No problem. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0177447/ If we go to Barry Gordon's profile, we can scroll down and see Jabberjaw is listed with 16 episodes, and we are able to bring up the pop-up that displays a list of all 16 episodes he was in. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0330015/ Tommy Cook's profile, on the other hand, is very screwy. For some reason, it claims he was only in 5 episodes of Jabberjaw. https://www.imdb.com/name/nm0177320/ https://i.imgur.com/xT1wOLv.png Bringing up the pop-up also shows that it can't discern seasons correctly, as it lists episode 9 as an unclear season, even though the episode is logged properly as season 1 in IMDb and on Barry Gordon's profile. https://i.imgur.com/rkrkaB1.png The rest of the episodes are on his page, but are scattered among the rest of his credits for some reason, I guess IMDb doesn't recognize that they should be grouped with the other 5 episodes? https://i.imgur.com/seb2VEq.png This isn't the only show like this on his page, so I assume something in the code went haywire. I've noticed this while browsing a couple of pages, although not many. I'll update this if I find others or if needed.
