Trying unsuccessfully to change name on IMDb

Hi, I’m currently working on a great project ( that I can’t reveal-NDA ! )in which I have a recurring role. Pretty much every other actor is listed in the project on IMDb but I’m unable to list myself because I was booked under Jean V. Alexander , and I’m listed on IMDb as Jean Alexander ( IV). I’ve tried twice to change my name to Jean V Alexander, to no avail. I’m really frustrated and don’t know what to do. Thanks for any help !!
