trying to remove personally identifying info in bio

We are committed to providing complete factual information related to films, television, and people involved in the entertainment industry, including birth dates and other biographical data.

While we're more than happy to update our info or rectify, upon verification, any inaccuracies in our data, it has always been our policy not to alter or delete any kind of factual information that we believe to be correct from our records.

Thanks for this response. Is it possible to know how IMDb obtained this personal info about me and why IMDb considers my precise birthdate and year, the city in which I was born and my astrological sign pertinent to a database supposedly focused on professional work credits? There are obviously, significant ethical and legal and safety concerns when providing personally identifying details about someone without their consent - these details can be used for identity fraud and/or other far more nefarious criminal behavior. I value IMDb's effort to create an accurate record of work in the entertainment industry.  But if literally anyone can post any personal (non-professional) info about me they want without my consent, and you won't take it off the site at my request (unless I can prove to you its inaccuracy) - then I'd like out.  Please remove my name and all information pertaining to me from the site, effective immediately.
