Trying to remove a quote that was submitted accidentally

When I was trying to edit a quote that I had already submitted, I accidentally created a new quote. This accidental submission seems to have been instantly approved. Now I would like to delete it. However when I go to the Correct/Delete menu, it does not appear in the list of quotes, so I am unable to delete it.
