Trying to get the wrong image deleted

Dear Sir/Madam

I have been able to make some great contributions in quantity but unfortunately the quality may have slipped a few times.

In this one example, I incorrectly submitted the wrong picture for episode 3 (Production) to episode 2 (Quality Control).

I did successfully send the correct picture to episode 2, but the tried to get the wrong image deleted but was unsuccessful.
