Trying To Delete On-Screen Credit
Someone credited me on student film that I did not appear in. My name is distinctive enough to know this is a blatant mistake. I've submitted two deletion requests to IMDB Contributor, but both were declined (due to lack of evidence). I don't know what sort of verification I could provide since I don't have a copy of the film. Does anyone have any ideas as to how I can remove my name from this site?

Were you actually credited? From your title, it seems you were. The best you can hope for is a "credit only" attribute if you were credited on screen but didn't appear.

I have to agree with @adrian , you mentioned On-screen credit, I tried looking for the title but was unbale to find it, we need to know if you were actually credited on the title to know what action to take.
