Trying to delete non-appearing cast member from episodes

I've been trying to do some work on a game show, largely adding information, but also deleting cast entries for someone who doesn't always appear. Sometimes the deletions go through (230127-224357-992000, 230203-203513-287000, 230203-210830-765000), but some identical ones have been rejected twice each. These appear to be instances where someone has been submitting upcoming episodes, routinely including cast entries for the host and announcer, but also for another person who only appears about 40% of the time (for each episode, I've also been submitting a link for a rundown of the episode, which notes which cast members appeared). The most recent rejections are:
