Trying to delete listed actor who did not appear

A submitter added an actor who did not appear in an episode of a wrestling series. As a faithful viewer, I believe the submitter mistook the actor for another actor who looks similar and whom I have added to the cast. I'm trying to delete the incorrect credit but keep getting declined. Wrestling series don't have cast closing credits. So how am I supposed to prove that he did not appear in the episode? Did the original submitter prove that he did? If not, then I don't understand why my correction keeps getting declined.
