trying to delete incorrect runtime

The runtime for a movie is incorrect. George White's Scandals (1934) (tt0025166) displays two run times. First one is for "USA" of 1:18 which shows at the top of the title page as 1m. The second one is for "Default" 80 minutes which is the correct run time for USA. I've tried to delete the first runtime twice and was denied. How can this get corrected?
