Trying to add some credits

I have been trying to add some 'dubbing mixer' credits to a particular series but all but one of them has been rejected. At least one of these people has had previous 'dubbing mixer' credits so it's unclear why they are being rejected. (The credits for these episodes credit each as 'dubbing mixer'.)
