Trying to add family info to Keith Buckley (I)

As I have a pro account I've been asked by his daughters to update his family  info as it was totally wrong but what we want to add is being declined. How do I get round this? We just want to add the words below to the Trivia section, any suggestions?

He had 4 daughters. Natasha Murray (nee Buckley) and Laura Buckley with his wife Bella. Emma Buckleyand Agent Kate Buckley a with Casting Director Mary Selway .

He had 7 Grandchildren Jake, Felix and Molly Murray. Hazel Buckley. Ethan and Betty Shah. Nelson Buckley-Baptiste.
