Trying to add an image

I submitted an image, but it was rejected for being 'too poor quality'.  I uploaded several other photos for this title and they were of similar quality so I don't know why this one was rejected.  It's from the DVD so there aren't any better images.

I tried submitting an image of a slightly later frame but it was rejected too.

Standards for 'poor quality' seem kind of random sometimes.
