Trying to add a valid credit, not accepted - please assist

Hello. Over the last week or so I've been adding the credits for the documentary series from last year, 'Crafting an Epic: The Making of the New Jedi Order,' which interviewed several Star Wars authors and used archive material to include producers as well. George Lucas was featured in archival interviews from 2005, 2007, and 2015 - his voice is heard at length - in the first episode, Creation, and the last episode, Unification. For some reason, though I have provided on-screen attribution and credit (archival), this credit has been rejected. I would like assistance to help rectify this, so he is accurately listed and linked in the credits.
