Trying to add a credit and it keeps getting rejected

Hi, I’d love some help with adding my production designer credit to a project. I’ve submitted it about six times, but IMDb keeps rejecting it.

Who should I contact to request a review, and how can I submit supporting documents to verify my role? Please let me know what evidence you need and where I should send it.

I worked extremely hard on this project for a month, so it’s upsetting that I haven’t been able to get my credit added. I’d really appreciate help resolving this so my IMDb page reflects my work.

Thank you!
