trouble with submitting a movie goof addition

I submitted the goof but it was declined because they said they were unable to verify the goof in the movie. I did provide the movie time stamps and a description of what the goof was. I don't know what else I can submit as evidence. The email also said I could resubmit the goof with an updated explanation. But I can't seem to figure out how to do that. I'm very confused about how this website works, and I don't know what other information they need.
